Specialising as a International Leadership and Public speaking coach, educator, and corporate professional empowering young people to lead, communicate, and connect with impact.

 Growing up hearing impaired, Heather developed a deep understanding of the challenges of communication and the importance of inclusion, resilience, and confidence.

Heather has spoken to over 61,000 people globally, including at the United Nations COP in Azerbaijan, Dubai, and Egypt, and at the Sydney Opera House. She has designed and delivered nationally recognised leadership programs for schools across Australia, including the National Leadership Program for Scouts Australia.

Currently an academic at the University of Technology Sydney, teaching in the School of Professional Practice and Leadership (Engineering & IT), Heather blends her corporate, educational, and international experience to create highly engaging, curriculum-aligned programs.

Through The Kindness Hub, Heather helps students build confidence, presence, and leadership skills, providing practical tools and strategies they can use immediately to create positive, inclusive school communities.
